This report was custom built to show the patient's interaction with staff when showing up to their appointment and being unable to come into the office. The report shows the patient message of arrival, the automation sent and then manual staff message saying to come in. It also gives the timing of this interaction and shows "wait time." ***This report can be requested through your WELL account representative
