This Referrals dashboard allows us to see referrals by provider, diagnosis, event type, procedure and location - granted we are receiving all this data from the customer. It also shows us the referrals breakdown by date, message and communication type. Overall this is a nice overview to referral activity. ***This report is included in the Analytics Plus Package, provided the feature has been previously purchased.
