Internal Mentions

Collaborate across WELL to ensure action items make it into the hands of the correct individuals. You can tag individual users, User Groups, or Enterprise User Groups when creating an Internal Mention. (Enterprise User Groups can get secondary real-time alerts either through Email or SMS) Internal Mentions can be created manually or automatically via an Inbound Message Automation or a ChatAssist AI Conversation Action.
